Wear Your Good Bra Everyday!

How often do you wear your “Good Bra”?
A “good bra” is often described as one that lift’s the breast up and comfortably gives a preferred look with a certain fit.
Most times the bra is the last consideration when getting dressed daily. Some are in the habit of grabbing whatever is handy or what was worn yesterday. Sometimes the focus is on color rather than fit. Oftentimes, one’s bra is used for coverage rather than function.
Concentrate on you when selecting your bra for the day. Wearing a bra that fits should provide support and comfort for the entire day. Wearing a clean, fresh bra each day will allow you to feel and smell fresh. Those close to you just might appreciate the change.
Consider the fact that the outline of the bra may show through your clothing so make sure that the entire breast is covered rather than just a portion.
Ask yourself:
Does the back of the bra ride up?
Am I tugging at the bra straps or pulling the bra down often?
Are the bra straps digging into the shoulders causing discomfort.
Is the bra causing pain in the shoulders, neck or back?
Is the bra too tight, causing rolls of fat to show?
