I made this Tiramisu Cheesecake for my husband’s birthday. Again combining two of his favorites: cheesecake and tiramisu!

Did you know the best way to cut a cheesecake and get nice clean cuts is dental floss?! I used my favorite floss to get nice clean slices. Nice, right?!

Always a privilege to learn from
