Need more water in your life but just can’t bring yourself to drink plain water? Make some easy tea and drink it cold and get all the nutrients you need.

Easy Electrolyte Tea
1 quart liquid- herbal tea, coconut water,plain water
1/8-1/4 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
1/4 cup juice - or dried fruit to infuse overnight
OR 1/2 cup of your favorite fresh fruit
(Optional)
1-2 tsp sweetener honey or stevia (optional)
Lasts about 4 days refrigerated
