I am truly grateful to work in a capacity daily that sets my soul on fire. MLK said, “Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about the things that matter.” That is precisely what this work is all about. If even one life is impacted, the efforts put forth were more than worth it.

The Live LOUD campaign will also use social media, radio, transit and billboard spots to offer support and education to those actively using he**in or misusing prescription opioids.

I am extraordinarily honored to announce my joining the ICare Touchpoints team as a Behavioral and Substance Use Program Consultant! I truly applaud iCare Health Network’s continued commitment to treating people with mental health and substance use issues in their programs. iRecovery is designed for individuals needing skilled nursing or sub-acute care in addition to substance use disorder counseling, and presently, the only program of its kind in the state. I know tremendous things will result from this partnership and commend the innovation and willingness of iCare Health Network to take this endeavor on!
