Spent some time at a gymnastics gym for open gym—while most kids were drawn to the gymnastics equipment, our girls ran straight for the barbell and weights! 💪🏽 No hesitation, just pure confidence. This is what breaking down barriers for females in lifting looks like. Expose them early and often, and they’ll never question if they belong at the bench. (And yes, of course they went and jumped around after!!!!!)
