Jenn Stone will begin the evening with healing sound vibrations. These frequencies are designed to clear your energetic field and quiet the mind, preparing you for the guided journey to follow.

Once you are deeply relaxed, we will visit a past life in an advanced ancient civilization to find your Siddhi (supernatural power). Also to release any trauma from that lifetime affecting your current life.
We will then join with Gaia’s healing energy and conclude with a Spine Activation exercise to increase your connection to Source.

Bring a mat, blanket, eye mask, pillows, etc. to create your cozy space. EOTR has some mats and bolsters

Bring a Notebook & Pen: You will want to record your insights immediately after the session.

The date would be May 30th or a Saturday in June.

Jenn and I are thinking of doing our next Sound & QHHT event on Friday May 22nd at 8 pm at the W. Farmington Grange. This is the Friday of Memorial Day weekend. Does this work for people who are interested in coming?
