Come to 1031 East Karsch BLVD Farmington, Missouri 63640. We are primary and urgent care. We do walk ins as well as appointments. We treat for obesity, opioids, alcohol, and any and all treatments that we can do in our office. Our number is 573-756-7880. We are also open on Saturdays 9am-3.

We are open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Saturdays are 9am-3pm. Closed Sunday. We treat obesity treatments, Hep c treatments, Physicals for sports and school, missed school; we got you we can get you tested. When you come in, we can give you a referral card and when you referral someone you get $20 off you next visit and as well as the person you refer. On Saturday 1/31/2026 from 9-3 we are having a trial run to be open on Saturdays. If you can not come in on the weekdays or come out right now due to the snow. We will be open this weekend. again 9-3. We do obesity treatments, opioid treatment, physicals (work, school, and sports). Or anything urgent care we can help treat you. We are still accepting new patients for obesity, diabetics, DOT, and workman comp. Anything else you can think of we probably do it here. Come on in and see us! We can do workman comp, physicals, urgent care, and also if you are looking for a primary care physician. We also do papsmears, EKG, and lab draws in office. We are currently waiting for our equipment for our PFT machine. When we get those we can also do PFT in office. Any referrals to a specialist that you would like to take care of your medical history we can send those out as well. So come on into our office, our staff is family, let us treat you as family also.

With our new Nurse Practitioner Glenda Counts, we can do Workman comp, Suboxone treatments, wart removals, obesity treatment, EKG, PFT, lab draw in office same day. She is here everyday single day Monday-Fridays 9-5. Walk ins are welcome! Anything that you need we can help provide excellent health services!
