Maybe more now than ever since a global pandemic has been seemed to changed all of our lives since the beginning of the year 2020. Physicians are currently prescribing more “increased physical activity” than ever before, but who is qualified to help design and guide your exercise program? Sullivan Personal Training LLC was founded in 2012, specializing in fitness programs and workouts focused on helping clients reach their health goals. Since being founded, SPT has trained hundreds of individual clients in the Farmington, MO. area for thousands of training hours with a variety of wellness and health goals!
