Farmington Health Services dba Trinity Campus We are a non-profit organization and a top rated community. Farmington Health Services, also known as Trinity, has it's origins in Farmington MN since the 60's.

Farmington Health Services (Trinity Campus) offers services for seniors including skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, memory care, assisted living and independent living. We've grown considerably since its opening. Trinity is a senior campus that provides services to those that need Long Term Care within a Skilled Nursing Facility. We also provide short term rehabilitation through Big Stone Therapies. BST provides both internal and outpatient rehab services, such as physical, occupational and speech therapy. Trinity Terrace is our Independent or Assisted Living Facility. Newly opened in 2012 is Trinity Suites, our specialized Memory Care Home. Joy Pearson, owner of Beans and Boots, has a total admiration and love for senior citizens and horses. (Me too, me too!) For those of you who know her- Joy lives a life of service to others. She is a supporter of the Trinity Campus, serving on our advisory board and volunteers for events. Thank you Joy for loving the seniors outside of Trinity as well-Farmington is blessed to have you!

Back to the coffee shop: On the wall of Beans and Boots, there is this captivating picture of a large, majestic draft horse towering gently over a much smaller horse. (You just know there's a story with this one) These 2 were rescued from a kill pen. Because of generous people like Joy, they now live a happy, beautiful life - as they deserve.

Thank you Joy Pearson. Thanks for the difference you make to so many- some have 2 feet and some have 4 hooves. Because you have said yes we live in a better world.

Our Story

Farmington Health Services, also known as Trinity, has it's origins in Farmington MN since the 60's. We've grown considerably since its opening. In September of 2019 we opened the Chateau - a 29 bed Mediterranean inspired addition to Trinity Care Center. All of us at Trinity are so pleased with the results.

Trinity is a senior campus that provides services to those that need Long Term Care within a Skilled Nursing Facility. We also provide short term rehabilitation through Big Stone Therapies. BST provides both inpatient and outpatient rehab services, such as physical, occupational and speech therapy. Trinity Terrace is our Independent or Assisted Living Facility.
