Farmington Health Services dba Trinity Campus Trinity is a campus that provides services to those who require a Skilled Nursing Facility, Assisted or Independent Living, Memory Care and Rehab Therapy.

Farmington Health Services, also known as Trinity, has it's origins in Farmington MN since the 60's. We've grown considerably since its opening. Trinity is a senior campus that provides services to those that need Long Term Care within a Skilled Nursing Facility. We also provide short term rehabilitation through Big Stone Therapies. BST provides both internal and outpatient rehab services, such as physical, occupational and speech therapy. Trinity Terrace is our Independent or Assisted Living Facility. Farmington Rotary invited Trinity Campus to introduce and honor a stand-out volunteer- JENNIFER WALLS❤️❤️❤️
Jennifer is cherished by residents and staff alike. She gives with her whole heart when she enters into the Trinity doors and is contagiously fun to be around. Jennifer mentioned a couple of things st this meeting that I would like to share if you will:
1) She leaves happier than when she comes. Being at Trinity fills her cup till it's bubbling over!
2) She has never seen a community so loving, engaged and supportive.
Jennifer- we love you. Thank you for choosing Trinity to serve.
Rotary- thank you for all the good you spread in our community. You are such an energetic, loving group that works so hard!! Felt so honored being part of a force that is so powerful and impactful. We love you so much, too.

To ALL of you who have been affected by construction: residents, staff, families, neighbors of Trinity- thank you for your patience and understanding throughout this past year of construction. You have been gracious and kind. The end result is what we have all been focused on because we will be able to serve more seniors but the day to day life has had challenges.
We see you- we thank you!!!! We're going to have one whopper of an open house when this is done!!❤️❤️❤️

During today's resident council meeting, residents expressed their sincere gratitude to the construction crews for their kindness, professionalism, and hard work. They stated that they all stop to say hi, explain what they are doing and spend time with residents getting to know them. This is so unique and so special!!!

Join us at our care center for “Beaks, Bubbles, and Burrows” on September 10th at 2:00 PM as we learn about the fascinating creatures that call Alaska’s waters home and discover how they adapt and thrive in their unique environment! 🐧🫧🐦

Alaska may not have penguins, but we do have Alcids and diving sea ducks! These incredible diving seabirds live in the Arctic and sub-Arctic waters around Alaska. And, unlike penguins, they can fly as well as dive. See how they stay warm in the cold ocean, and find out what other adaptations allow them to dive underwater, catch fish, and dig burrows. Featured birds: tufted & horned puffins, common murres, rhinoceros auklets, pigeon guillemots, eiders, smews, and harlequin ducks.

Farmington Health Services, also known as Trinity, has it's origins in Farmington MN since the 60's. We've grown considerably since its opening. In September of 2019 we opened the Chateau - a 29 bed Mediterranean inspired addition to Trinity Care Center. All of us at Trinity are so pleased with the results.

BST provides both inpatient and outpatient rehab services, such as physical, occupational and speech therapy. Trinity Terrace is our Independent or Assisted Living Facility.
