I had so many male clients over the years that have come in into my office presenting low back, hip, and even leg pain.
One of the first questions i ask is if they sit on their wallet.
Now, I've learned this almost 20 years ago and i can't believe other health care professionals do not ask this question.
You're essentially sitting on a wedge that elevates the pelvic bone and results in a wide array of issues.
Take your wallet out of your back pocket when sitting gentlemen.
