With the 2026 golf season getting underway I encourage everyone to go check out for an amazing outdoor simulator experience.

Remember it is crucial to warm your body up prior to explosive physical activity. Come get your spine checked prior to your next golf outing to keep you at the top of your game! 🙌

Happy Friday everybody! One thing I did not mention in this video is how important it is to stretch prior to doing any kind of manual labor. It is just as important to stretch afterwards as well, so even though you may be tired and ready to flop down on the couch take a few extra minutes for a “cool down stretch”. Hopefully everyone has a fantastic weekend. Go Pats!!

🩺🤔 Thinking about chiropractic, but not sure what to expect?

🎥 In this video, Dr. Reichert explains what a first visit and initial evaluation in our office actually looks like—so there are no surprises and no pressure, just clear answers and a conversation focused on you.

🧠✨ Many people think chiropractic is only about back or neck pain, but that’s just part of the story. Proper nervous system function can influence sleep quality, energy levels, focus and cognitive function, headaches, vertigo, radiating pain such as sciatica, sports injuries, extremity pain, and more.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Most of our patients first came in because a friend or family member encouraged them to “just get checked.” They had questions, doubts, or uncertainty—and that’s completely normal. Our goal is always to listen first, evaluate thoroughly, and help you understand whether chiropractic care is the right fit for you.

🚪✨ If you’ve been curious but hesitant, this video is a great place to start. And if you know someone who’s been on the fence, feel free to share—it might be the reassurance they need to take that first step.
