As a service to our patients, from now to April, we see only acute visits for walk-ins from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm every Saturday.
😷Acute visits mean the symptoms started within 24-48 hours.
🚫We do not perform physicals or medication refills during these hours.

Our Story

Farmington Family Practice was founded in 1981 by physicians wanting to provide quality healthcare to a growing rural community in the beautiful Four Corners area. We have grown to a 10 provider office enabling us to improve healthcare access in our community while continuing to sustain our high quality care.

We work closely with San Juan Regional Medical Center and other local and regional physicians to ensure continued state of the art services in our community. Our Primary Care model allows us to build lasting relationships with our patients and their families. We continually strive to provide personalized quality services to our patients.

FFP Plus!

We are excited to announce 2 new features to our practice. FFP Plus is a new in-house program where for a small monthly fee you can enjoy the following benefits. Membership Benefits

Unlimited office visits with your provider as currently scheduled with no copays or additional fees.

All in-house lab and xray services are included (strep test, flu test, CBC, A1C, lipid panel, Chest Xray, etc, a full list can be provided upon request)

All pediatric vaccines included (adult vaccines are available but at additional cost or they can be administered at your pharmacy or the health department)

Access to Farmington Family Pharmacy with standard discount pricing

Telemedicine option. This will be exclusive to FFPplus members. This will allow telephone or video encounters with your provider from home or other locations as appropriate.

Our New Pharmacy!

Our pharmacy can save you time & money! We constantly strive to be quick, convenient while providing a quality service at a low cost. Many of our patients save at least 75% on the pharmaceuticals.

Our pharmacy is a new and unique way to receive the medications that you need. We are able to offer prices that are as low if not lower than your typical co-pay with your insurance. We do not accept insurance, so we offer all of our medications at amazingly low prices. This allows freedom to purchase your medications as you like without any restrictions set by your insurance company.
