Techniques to deal with symptoms of chronic conditions, such as fatigue, pain, sleeplessness, shortness of breath, stress, and emotional problems such as depression, anger, fear, and frustration, are among those conditions covered.

Transportation routes are filled on a first come, first served basis so please call as far in advance of your appointment as possible in order to increase the likelihood that we are able to meet your transportation needs.

*Limited to elderly/disabled consumers only. Patients utilizing other home care providers (not including L.I.F.E., Inc. or LIFE In-Home) are encouraged to contact SMTS @ 573-431-5765. Elderly/disabled patients WITHOUT a home care provider can call the L.I.F.E., Inc. office at 573-756-4314. NO same-day appointments will be allowed (unless someone else on today's route had a cancellation). Please call as far in advance as possible to schedule your ride. Priority will be given to doctor's visits. Our transportation program currently runs Monday through Friday as of August 2025.

Today was a fun day for Calahan. We stopped for lunch at Raising Cane's & then headed to Busch Stadium. We enjoyed dipping dots & strawberry lemonade. It was hot out. Wish the cardinals would have won but a great game!
