Meet Angelica Whitaker, one of our Substance Abuse Counselors (LSAA) here at Knew Creations. Angelica is the lead of our Substance Use Intensive Outpatient Program. She is highly empathetic with and devoted to those she serves.

Angelica brings a creative and wholistic approach to the work she does by incorporating art, movement, nature, and new experiences. She is dedicated to teaching skills and proving tools that help make recovery sustainable. She celebrates with her clients while also providing a place of safety and stability when the road gets bumpy.

Worship and Discipleship this Saturday, May 9th from 5-7pm! Join us as we open the Bible together and look deeper into God's truths.

In the work we do, we see how much individuals, couples, and families need time with fellow believers asking questions and seeking answers. This is a time for all, at any level of faith, to come and seek the kingdom with open hearts and minds.

Anger Management Group tonight from 5:30-7:00PM

Anger, while justified and protective at times, often signifies a deeper issue going on inside. Perhaps we are hurt, misunderstood, disappointed, or even being disrespected. Discovering the root cause of our anger and learning to harness, regulate, and communicate it can make drastic changes in our lives for the better. If anger is something you see effecting you in unwanted ways, give us a call or stop by tonight.

Recreation highlight from a couple of our groups!

We now have five different groups up and running: substance use IOP, mental health IOP, parenting, anger management, and sexual thought and behavior restoration.

In the midst of walking through difficult topics and strongholds, we try to remember what the Lord has done and the control He has in all things. There’s not better reminder than His creation.

We now offer Anger Management, Sexual Thought and Behavior Restoration, and Healing Hearts for Families (parenting) groups in addition to our intensive outpatient programs and peer support groups.

This topic is not brought to light nearly enough, leaving shame and self-hatred to grow. At Knew Creations, we want to shed light in the darkness and restore what has been stolen.

This group focuses on sharing with and supporting one another through one's struggles against unwanted sexual thoughts, behaviors, and addictions. We will be working through topics such as identity, shame, relationships, attachment, po*******hy, and how the Bible would lead us through these challenges.

God wants you well and so do we. We hope anyone either currently struggling or who has made it into the light would feel encouraged to come and be a part of this group.

Knew Creations is seeking to hire a full-time Therapist! We are so excited and praying for the person the Lord would have fill this position.

We are looking for a licensed therapist capable of integrating biblical principles with evidence-based practices when requested by clients.

Seeing how Substance Use Disorder (SUD) effects the individuals and families we serve, in the past year, we decided in to offer Substance Use and Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Programs. Knew Creation's heart is to fill gaps in services so that holistic healing can commence.

Substance Use IOP:
MWF: 9-12, 12-3, and 5:30-8:30

Mental Health IOP:
MWF: 12-3pm

Night of Discipleship and Worship this Saturday from 5-7pm! We want to open our doors and hearts to those hoping to learn more about who God is and how to be in relationship with Him.

We see many new believers who thirst to know more about Him as well as those who have known Him but have not been shepherded in good and healthy ways. We pray this is a time where we can go deeper into His Word and feel closer to the Lord.

Childcare will be provided during discipleship.

The Farmington Healing Rooms is a place where God’s transformative healing is administered through spirit filled believers through prayer and the seeking of the Lord. It is held on the first Saturday of the month from 5-7pm and is for those seeking physical, emotional, and spiritual healing.
