We are a Christ-centered team of mothers who provide SUPPORT, CONNECTION, TRAINING, and HOPE when parenting doesn't go as planned. Under the direction of Life Changing Services, Mothers Who Know supports women through education, training, parent resources and tools to strengthen the family. In order to stand strong in the opposition of our day, we focus on the Savior by shining light on the tactics used by the adversary to discourage women and threaten families. We specialize in supporting mothers who have a son or daughter struggling with pornography, anxiety, depression, self-harm, addiction, self-destructive behaviors, or any issue that requires therapeutic intervention. (Sons/daughters may be participanting in the Sons of Helaman/Daughters of Light program, but this is not a requirement for parents to be involved in Mothers Who Know services/groups/classes). Just as the mothers of the Sons of Helaman in the Book of Mormon, we do not doubt that our Savior, Jesus Christ has the power to heal us and our families. 🌿✨ Happy Easter!! New Beginnings—Because of Him ✨🌿

In His final moments on the cross, Jesus Christ declared, “It is finished.”
The price had been paid. The suffering endured. The way opened.

But the story didn’t end there.

On the third day, He rose—
bringing with Him hope, healing, and the promise of new beginnings for each of us.

Elder Patrick Kearon reminds us that because the Savior “suffered the will of the Father in all things,” you and I can have new beginnings.

💛 No matter what you’re carrying
đź’› No matter how heavy your heart feels
💛 No matter how many times you’ve tried before

Because of Jesus Christ, you can begin again.

Today.
Right now.

He is the Author and Finisher of our faith—
and He is still writing your story… with love, with mercy, and with hope.

Let’s continue to listen, learn, and be inspired by the words of Christ's chosen leaders in General Conference.

We don't need to search far and wide for answers to our problems when we have a living prophet and our Savior who speaks to him to guide us.

And as Sister Spannaus said, "to listen to and obey the voice of the prophet is crucial to holding on to every good thing until the Second Coming of our Savior."

We hope you feel enlightened and loved and inspired with words and the Spirit of the Lord that you can gain from General Conference this weekend.

It is the Easter season and General Conference season too!

Come listen to words of prophets and apostles who will help us center our hearts, ears, and eyes more fully on Jesus Christ. đź’›

Mothers, sisters, and friends—you are ALL invited to join for General Conference on April 4–5. Let's come with our questions, our hopes, and our hearts. As we listen and participate, we are sure to find strength, direction, and peace centered in Jesus Christ. 🌿

Why? Because Christ's chosen leaders are praying for YOU! They are praying that "the Spirit will carry into your hearts what the Lord would have you hear, far beyond the words which" will be spoken.

Because of Jesus Christ, we are never alone in our struggles.

He has felt it all—our pain, our sorrow, our weakness, our uncertainty. And because He walked that path perfectly, He knows exactly how to strengthen and sustain us in ours.

Whatever you are carrying right now… He understands. And He can help.

This Easter season, may we remember that His Atonement is not distant—it is personal. It is present. And it is powerful enough to meet us right where we are.

He is our strength. He is our help. He is our hope. 🤍

With each passing year, our love for the Savior can grow deeper.

Because of Jesus Christ, we are not left alone in our struggles. His Atonement is real, personal, and powerful—bringing strength, healing, and hope into our everyday lives.

This Easter season, may we turn to Him more fully and feel His love more deeply.
