We are a Christ-centered team of mothers who provide SUPPORT, CONNECTION, TRAINING, and HOPE when parenting doesn't go as planned. Under the direction of Life Changing Services, Mothers Who Know supports women through education, training, parent resources and tools to strengthen the family. In order to stand strong in the opposition of our day, we focus on the Savior by shining light on the tactics used by the adversary to discourage women and threaten families. We specialize in supporting mothers who have a son or daughter struggling with pornography, anxiety, depression, self-harm, addiction, self-destructive behaviors, or any issue that requires therapeutic intervention. (Sons/daughters may be participanting in the Sons of Helaman/Daughters of Light program, but this is not a requirement for parents to be involved in Mothers Who Know services/groups/classes). Just as the mothers of the Sons of Helaman in the Book of Mormon, we do not doubt that our Savior, Jesus Christ has the power to heal us and our families. Attend the weekly free support group for mothers: WARRIOR MOTHERS WHO KNOW: Join from PC, tablet or smartphone: https://www.zoom.us/j/287887446 (note - you will be prompted to download ZOOM if this is your first time using it) OR join by phone: (646) 568-7788 Meeting ID: 287 887 446

Hello Mothers! A new weekly women’s study starts ON WEDNESDAY (March 4), and we can’t stop thinking about how meaningful it is going to be!

We’ll be gathering to study Roslyn Geertsen’s new book "For My Sisters", focusing on yoking with Christ, casting out the enemy, and learning how to live intentionally and joyfully.

It feels like a loving but bold call to:
** Remember who you are.
** Stand with Christ.
** Live the life you were created to live.

The gathering is FREE, the women leading it are wonderful, and we would truly love to go through this alongside with you.

When our hearts are fully turned to Him, everything changes.

Because of the Savior’s atoning sacrifice, we are not left alone to navigate mortality. We are given strength. Spiritual gifts. Direction. Understanding. Joy. Peace.

What a promise!

As mothers, we feel the weight of the world pressing in on our homes, our children, and ourselves. But we were never meant to fight darkness in our own strength. We were meant to yoke ourselves with Christ.

This is why we are beginning a new weekly study of Roslyn Geertsen’s book, "For My Sisters — Yoking with Christ, Casting Out the Enemy, and Living an Intentional, Joyful Life."

It is a gathering place for women seeking spiritual strengthening, connection, and hope.

A call to:
• Remember who you are
• Stand with Christ
• Live the joyful, intentional life you were created to live

We begin Wednesday, March 4th at 1:00 p.m. MT via Zoom.

If your heart is longing for greater peace and confidence in Him, we would love to have you join us.

You do not have to do this alone. 🤍

The gathering is FREE, the women leading it are wonderful, and we would truly love to go through this alongside with you.

Will you join us? Will you share and invite a friend or two?

Some days feel heavy.
Some prayers feel unanswered.
Some situations feel impossible.

But President Eyring reminds us that strength doesn’t come after everything is fixed — it comes as we keep believing and continue to have faith in Jesus Christ.

At Mothers Who Know, we know that many mothers are quietly carrying burdens:
💛 A struggling child
💛 A hurting marriage
💛 Financial stress
💛 Health challenges
💛 Personal doubts

Faith in Jesus Christ doesn’t mean pretending things aren’t hard. It means choosing to trust Him in the middle of the hard.

When we:
• Pray even when we’re tired
• Open the scriptures when we feel discouraged
• Follow the living prophet of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints
• Keep our covenants when the path feels uphill
—we grow stronger than we realize.

If today feels impossible, hold on.
He sees you. He knows you. He is strengthening you.

Keep believing. Keep going. Keep trusting Him. 💛
