We are a Christ-centered team of mothers who provide SUPPORT, CONNECTION, TRAINING, and HOPE when parenting doesn't go as planned. Under the direction of Life Changing Services, Mothers Who Know supports women through education, training, parent resources and tools to strengthen the family. In order to stand strong in the opposition of our day, we focus on the Savior by shining light on the tactic

s used by the adversary to discourage women and threaten families. We specialize in supporting mothers who have a son or daughter struggling with pornography, anxiety, depression, self-harm, addiction, self-destructive behaviors, or any issue that requires therapeutic intervention. (Sons/daughters may be participanting in the Sons of Helaman/Daughters of Light program, but this is not a requirement for parents to be involved in Mothers Who Know services/groups/classes). Just as the mothers of the Sons of Helaman in the Book of Mormon, we do not doubt that our Savior, Jesus Christ has the power to heal us and our families. ✨ Isolation is one of the enemy’s favorite tactics. Connection is one of God’s greatest gifts. ✨

There was a time when I believed I had to carry everything on my own. My struggles. My fears. My dreams. My healing.

But God never designed us to walk this journey alone.

Sometimes the breakthrough we’re praying for is connected to the people God is placing in our path. A mentor. A friend. A faith community. A team that encourages us when we’re tired, prays for us when we’re weak, and reminds us who we are when we’ve forgotten.

The people God brings into our lives aren’t there by accident. They help us carry burdens, challenge limiting beliefs, strengthen our faith, and encourage us to keep moving forward.

💜 T.E.A.M. — Together Everyone Achieves More.

If you’ve been isolating yourself, this may be your reminder to take one small step outside your comfort zone. Reach out. Join the group. Attend the meeting. Start the conversation.

You never know what God has waiting for you on the other side of connection.

👉 Who is on your team right now?

Tag someone who has encouraged you, prayed for you, believed in you, or helped you grow. Let them know they matter.

Do you ever feel tired of trying? Tired of praying, hoping, forgiving, serving, or waiting for things to change?

Sometimes “enduring to the end” can sound exhausting. But Elder Bednar offers a beautiful perspective:

“Enduring to the end is the joyous quest of a lifetime.”

A joyous quest! Not because life is easy, but because as we choose to walk with Jesus Christ, He helps us through the journey.

At Mothers Who Know, we believe enduring is not about perfection—it’s about continuing to turn toward the Savior, again and again. It’s choosing faith on hard days. It’s staying by the tree when answers are slow. It’s trusting that God is shaping something holy within us through every season.

As we walk with Him, He strengthens us, refines us, and fills our lives with greater hope and peace along the way. 🤍

Have you ever felt so weighed down by worry, heartbreak, disappointment, or exhaustion that it becomes hard to think about anything else?

Pain often causes us to turn inward. But Elder Bednar reminds us that as we follow Jesus Christ, something sacred begins to change within us:

“As we follow, love, and serve the Savior, we gradually focus less on our own desires and interests and more on understanding and addressing the needs of others.”

This doesn’t mean our struggles might disappear. It means the Savior helps us rise above them. He softens our hearts, expands our compassion, and teaches us how to love as He loves.

Sometimes healing comes as we lift, serve, listen, and care for others while trusting Christ to carry us through our own burdens.

At Mothers Who Know, we believe becoming like the Savior is a gradual, grace-filled journey. And as we stay close to Him, He fills us with greater peace, charity, and hope. 🤍
