We are a Christ-centered team of mothers who provide SUPPORT, CONNECTION, TRAINING, and HOPE when parenting doesn't go as planned. Under the direction of Life Changing Services, Mothers Who Know supports women through education, training, parent resources and tools to strengthen the family. In order to stand strong in the opposition of our day, we focus on the Savior by shining light on the tactic

s used by the adversary to discourage women and threaten families. We specialize in supporting mothers who have a son or daughter struggling with pornography, anxiety, depression, self-harm, addiction, self-destructive behaviors, or any issue that requires therapeutic intervention. (Sons/daughters may be participanting in the Sons of Helaman/Daughters of Light program, but this is not a requirement for parents to be involved in Mothers Who Know services/groups/classes). Just as the mothers of the Sons of Helaman in the Book of Mormon, we do not doubt that our Savior, Jesus Christ has the power to heal us and our families. Have you ever felt so weighed down by worry, heartbreak, disappointment, or exhaustion that it becomes hard to think about anything else?

Pain often causes us to turn inward. But Elder Bednar reminds us that as we follow Jesus Christ, something sacred begins to change within us:

“As we follow, love, and serve the Savior, we gradually focus less on our own desires and interests and more on understanding and addressing the needs of others.”

This doesn’t mean our struggles might disappear. It means the Savior helps us rise above them. He softens our hearts, expands our compassion, and teaches us how to love as He loves.

Sometimes healing comes as we lift, serve, listen, and care for others while trusting Christ to carry us through our own burdens.

At Mothers Who Know, we believe becoming like the Savior is a gradual, grace-filled journey. And as we stay close to Him, He fills us with greater peace, charity, and hope. 🤍

Come join us this Tuesday for a place to feel heard and seen. When two or more are gathered in His name mighty miracles take place and we are reminded “You are messing with the wrong mom!” This week we will learn tools to help overcome fear.

When life feels painful, disappointing, or unfair, our natural instinct is often to turn inward—to focus on our hurt, our fear, or our exhaustion.

But Elder Bednar reminds us that the Savior showed us a higher and holier way.

“The Redeemer of the world turned outward in love and service when He faced spiritual adversity or physical pain…”

What a powerful pattern for every woman trying to navigate heartbreak, worry for a child, loneliness, betrayal, grief, or simply the weariness of daily life. Jesus Christ does not ask us to pretend pain isn’t real. Instead, He invites us to let Him change what pain produces in us.

As we stay close to the Savior, our hearts slowly become more like His—more patient, more compassionate, more charitable. Charity is not perfection overnight. It is Christ changing us over time.

At Mothers Who Know, we believe this is holy work: continuing to love, continuing to serve, continuing to trust Jesus Christ even while carrying burdens.

And through Him, we become women filled with His light. 🤍
