Welcome to the “A Better You” page!

A Better You" Psychosocial Rehabilitation Center (PSR) is a structured 6 hours a day, 5 days a week program designed to support adults with psychiatric disabilities. Our program aims to enhance daily living, socialization, educational, vocational, and self-help skills. We empower individuals to set and achieve their own goals, promoting personal growth and decreasing the need for hospitalizations. Additionally, we offer health and wellness sessions covering a range of mental health topics. Join "A Better You" to gain knowledge and resources for a better life in the community!
