Friends of the PSC All our services are free and confidential.

The Pregnancy Support Center has been dedicated to helping pregnant and parenting women/teens, men and their children in the Southside Virginia area since we opened our doors in 1984. Our volunteers and staff are dedicated to providing quality care to the women of our community regardless of their age, race, religion, income level, or circumstances. Each of our Advocates, Board Members, Boutique coordinators and Office volunteers donate their time to serve in our office as well as behind the scenes.
