This group is intended for parents or caretakers who would like to build community, skills, and understanding in order to better support their young adults. Often neurodivergent young people struggle with the transition to independence, or to find the right fit for them in terms of higher education or work. In this group we will lean into psychoeducation around neurodivergence with special attention to the lived experiences of young adults today.

We are excited to introduce group therapy starting this Fall!

This group is intended to be a way to connect with other folks who identify as neurodivergent (self-diagnosis counts!) with a focus on healing from the inherent trauma that can come from living in a neurotypical world. We will focus on building neurodivergent-friendly DBT skills and exploring sensory and communication needs.
