Love seeing my friend, Lauren, at Thrive Counseling and Wellness spreading the knowledge and practice of meditation and mindfulness to the community! Meditate in your own way-through prayer, yoga, being in the outdoors-whatever works for you. And practice mindfulness-being aware of your environment, your feelings (physically, mentally, and emotionally) and your breathing. Taking just a few minutes today to do this can affect your day and your body in beautiful ways!

Grateful to have had the chance to share about self-care, stress relief, and the benefits of meditation and mindfulness for Longwood’s HR and Finance departments today! 🌿📂📊🌿

One of our Vision Board Workshop participants made this beautiful board, a collage of images and words to act as a tangible reminder of goals and aspirations. In our workshop, we discussed a growth mindset, created our boards, and meditated. The workshop was held in collaboration with our friends at Thrive Counseling and Wellness.
