During the literacy lab, graduate students guide undergraduates in learning about emergent literacy- creating opportunities for mentorship, shared knowledge, collaboration, and preparation for future clinical practice. 📚📖

Yesterday, our graduate students made their debut at Beyond The Label, a local social group for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The students prepared a mock restaurant setting where participants practiced money management & social skills. Thank you to Crossroads Community Service Board for allowing us to participate in this awesome experience! We look forward to being back next month!
