With Easter sweets on our minds, Alise, our Assistant Resident Care Director, helped our residents create the famous "dirt pudding cups" topped with an Easter marshmallow of course! 🍫 🐇

These cups are a nostalgic, no-bake dessert featuring layers of chocolate pudding and crushed Oreo cookies, designed to look like a pot of dirt. Delicious!

This year, our Annual Easter Egg Hunt included our sister community, Commonwealth Senior Living at Kilmarnock! 🐰 🐣

Residents were looking far and wide for the golden egg until we had two winners. It was a great day of community bonding and celebrating the holiday! 🧡

It was such a great week of spotlighting the exceptional leaders who make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents, families, and fellow associates every day.

To close out our March theme of the World Series, our residents headed to Florida to celebrate with the Tampa Taiko Drummers! 🪘🎶

It was such a fun and engaging as so many of our residents and associates learned how to play the drums. It definitely got us hype to kickoff the baseball season! 👏

Our Sweet Memories residents had a wonderful time exploring the fundamentals of drumming and its ancient physical art form that serves as the heartbeat of music! 🥁🪘

The morning was filled with laughter, creating music together, and plenty of great beats.

This reminds us how powerful music can be in bringing people together and providing us with emotional energy! 💫 🎶

In honor of International Woman's Day, we had the wonderful opportunity to celebrate and hear from some of the inspiring women in our community! 💐👏

Our Executive Director, Angela, showcased the beautiful items she creates, including custom cups, bracelets, and clothing patches. She spoke all about how she started her business and the passion and creativity behind her work.

We also had the honor of welcoming Shauna Lewis, who spoke about the importance of education and pushing forward despite obstacles. Shauna will be graduating this May with her Doctorate in Education, and her story was an inspiration to everyone in the room. 🎓

Whether it was a manicure or pedicure, we loved getting a spa treatment at Essex Nails and Spa and so appreciate their team for helping us have a great afternoon with our besties! 💅💆

During our Signature Program, our residents enjoyed a fun baseball-themed afternoon with walking tacos!⚾🌮

As walking tacos are a delicious and convenient ballpark favorite, this was a great way to experience the game while clapping along to the music.

A big thank you to Henderson Methodist Church in Callao, who invited us to service on Sunday where our Sales Director, Kyle, was speaking. ⛪ ✨

It was amazing to see that some of our residents, who were already members of the church, reunited with old friends and neighbors. We even witnessed a baptism, what a blessing!
