I asked the customer to share pictures of her raspberry chocolate bread when she got it. This loaf is perfect. She also said, the best loaves I’ve ever made her.

Yes I am tooting my own horn. I have struggled sometimes with getting good loaves, but by golly, I think I have it figured out.

Today’s bread bake. I am loving being back in the kitchen making all the bread.

I have been asked to make cinnamon rolls more than once. I will start practicing on them as well

Jalapeño Cheddar Sourdough. This loaf has so much oven spring that it stuck to the top lid!! Made for a perfect loaf of bread.

I’ve changed some of my processes and I’m so pleased with how the bread is turning out. I guess sometimes we just need to take a little break and reevaluate.
