Recite these truths. Say them aloud! 📢

On the highest mountain top and in the lowest valley, we need to thank the Lord. ⛰️

When answers feel slow, when your energy is thin, or when your heart is carrying more than usual. Speaking this truth out loud gently re-centers us:

➡️ ”God is my help. God is my protection. I am not holding myself together alone.”

In seasons of gratitude, answered prayers, and amidst celebrations. Remembering where the joy and blessings come from is equally important:

➡️ “God is the root of all good, I trust him with my future, I rejoice in the gifts He has given me.”

Weary or rejoicing, Psalm 28:7 teaches us the same posture, to trust the Lord with our whole hearts and let praise rise. 🙏🏻

Fortunately, we do love all of these things! 💁‍♀️ And they’re all what makes us different here at Reissing Health 🤎

What a joy to sit down with Anna Beth the owner of and get to learn more about her story and her heart for helping children and families in our community excel! We are each so beautifully and wonderfully made and sometimes we just need the right people to come alongside us, see that, and enable us with the right tools and support!

It’s clear that she has an incredible gift and passion for supporting children and helping them grow and thrive! She loves to help children excel and learn well in their natural environments and offers therapy in home settings working with parents to avoid frustrating waitlists while enabling them to understand strategies they can incorporate and utilize in the day to day moments! She’s a mama herself who can relate and understands every parent’s desire to help their children grow and helps to make that possible!

At Reissing Health, we LOVE finding and celebrating local providers who are as dedicated as we are to linking arms and creating communities focused on caring for and supporting children and families! What a blessing to be surrounded by people who have a deep desire to walk alongside families and face the challenges that life brings with an intense and care centered focus on making things better! You will notice a new face in the office starting this week! Everyone say hey to Elizabeth! 👋🏼

We are so excited to have this recent grad in our office eager to learn more about the life changing effects of neurologically focused chiropractic! She will be joining us until she heads off to chiropractic school in July 🤗

Here’s a bit about Elizabeth in her own words ⬇️

“Hi everyone! My name is Elizabeth Sowinski, I grew up in Wisconsin and moved to Knoxville for my undergraduate studies. I recently graduated from UTK and will be attending Life University this fall to pursue my dream of becoming a chiropractor.

I’m so excited to be joining the team at Reissing Health! Family is something that I hold close to my heart, especially kids as I’m an oldest sister of three. Helping families grow and thrive through chiropractic care is something I’ve grown to be so passionate about and I love that Reissing prioritizes whole-family wellness and faith across all stages of life! I’m so grateful for the opportunity to serve in a place that aligns so closely with my interest in pediatrics and eager to grow in this amazing community!”

This verse gently reframes what it looks like to share faith with our children. Teaching our kids about Jesus Christ doesn’t have to be a formal lesson or a perfectly planned devotional. It happens in the car 🚙, at the table 🍲, during bedtime routines, and in the middle of everyday conversations. As we invite God into the normal moments of our days, our children learn that following Jesus isn’t just something we do on Sundays ⛪️ it’s part of how we live, love, and walk through life together.

We are so excited to share some really special news… Salina is coming back! 🤍 🥳

Many of you remember Salina’s warm smile and the way she cared so deeply for every family who walked through our doors. When she stepped away to step into her most beautiful new role, becoming a first-time mama, we were so happy for her, but we definitely missed her presence around the office.

Motherhood has been such a sweet and sacred season for her, and we’ve loved watching her embrace it so fully. And now, in the most perfect balance, she’s returning one morning a week… continuing to serve her own family so well while also pouring back into the families of our practice.

That’s just who Salina is. She believes so deeply in the mission here… in caring for kids, supporting parents, and helping families thrive through nervous system focused care that she felt called to come back in a way that honors both her motherhood+her heart to serve.

We couldn’t be more grateful to have her back in the office, even in this part-time rhythm. It feels like a piece of home returning. 🥰
