Our highly skilled clinical teams have the experience, training and detail-oriented processes to assist military service veterans with in home healthcare. Our professional clinicians are dedicated to the best principles of healthcare service, and are accustomed to addressing the complex issues that can arise when treating those who have served. The purpose is to provide a broad range of specialized services targeted at helping Americaโs Veterans manage their condition, improve quality of life and remain independent in the comfort of their own home. Our nationโs heroes deserve the best care possible, and Fayette Medical Center HomeCare is dedicated to meeting and exceeding that standard every day. Aging veterans have unique healthcare needs, and the professional clinicians and support personnel are experienced in addressing the special circumstances and health risks often associated with military service. The programs and services offered to Veterans include: wound care, enteral and parenteral feedings, medical management, nutrition counseling, medical injections, IV therapy, catheter and/or ostomy care and changes, oxygen use and safety, use of air compressor, hand-held nebulizer and MDI, physical, occupational and speech therapy, skilled nursing, care coordination and medical social worker services. The team is committed to honoring and providing quality care and special recognition for the veterans we serve. For every patient that is admitted through the service, 33 percent of revenue is given back locally to Fayette Medical Center.
