Dear yoga community, thank you for being so patient as I have not put a calendar up for a couple months! Here is the game plan for September. As always, please check back in case of cancellations (and get on my text list if you want a message in the event of class cancellation!). I am not yet ready to add in my evening classes, but will keep everyone in the loop when the time is right! Hope to see you on the mat soon!

No 9am Gentle Yoga 3-19-25!!

Most of you know I own another business, Happier at Home - Northeast, IA and I am needing to cancel tomorrow morning's yoga class so I can help a client for my homecare business.
Everyone in our yoga community has been so understanding and patient while I try to balance all of my work, so thank you dear yoga friends for being your compassionate selves.
