Cancellation Policy: When you make an appointment with a service provider, you’re not only paying for the service; you’re paying for our time. As a self-employed service provider, I get paid by appointment, and it can be very stressful when cancellations happen last minute.

Please understand that when you cancel, or miss your appointment without providing notice, I am often unable to fill that time. As my schedule books out in advance; this also means that others lose the opportunity to receive the services they need. This is a difficult and uncomfortable conversation that my empath self is starting to have, but it’s necessary.

Policy states: If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, you agree to pay for your appointment. You can FILL your spot! Absolutely! Send a friend, neighbor, coworker, family member, anyone in your place. Just let me know.

I say this with Love, honestly. 🤍 I absolutely love what I do, and I want to be able to continue for many many years to come. Thank you for understanding and respecting the policy.
