We love celebrating with our patients and their families! This year for Valentine's Day we made sure that our patients had gifts for their special someone! One patient requested a penguin because his wife loves them! We are thankful to play a small part in our patient's lives. 🩷❤️

Congratulations, to our Home Health and Hospice team! They were recently named a national best practice agency by WellSky for 2024.

Based on a comparative analysis of agencies involved in WellSky’s Home Health CAHPS system for the past year, Lincoln Medical Home Health and Hospice results for the Overall Satisfaction or Likelihood of Recommending survey questions placed in the top 25% of WellSky’s National Home Health CAHPS database.

WellSky presented Lincoln Medical Home Health and Hospice with the Home Health CAHPS Award of Distinction. This award is presented to home health organizations that have demonstrated superior performance in 2023.
