✨ The Art & Science of Teaching Yoga ✨

This foundational 200-hour yoga teacher training is designed for anyone that is ready to step into their power as a yoga teacher and hold space for the healing that comes from connecting to all aspects of oneself thorough movement, breath, and awareness. We aim to unite the ancient art of yoga with modern day science to bring you a well-rounded approach to teaching yoga.

This training combines yoga, neuroscience, and somatics to bridge the gap between East and West modalities of healing to provide you with the skills, knowledge and experience to share your practice with others and make a positive impact on your community.

Fellow yogis,

This Instagram account will soon be shifting to a new name and venture. We want to say a final farewell from this sweet space to all who entered the doors to make it what it was. We will never be able to put into words what practicing with you in this space meant to us. From the flows, to the dances and potlucks, to the trainings, sound baths and anything and everything else that took place in this space- we are grateful you found us and we will hold this season of life deep in our hearts. We all faced life changing times here and I truly believe we got through it better because of meeting up here and moving through the challenges together. To the students, teachers, front desk fairies, and everyone else who added to the magic of this space, thank you and we love you. May we breathe and om together again soon. 🤍- Shelby
