In survival mode, your brain isn’t focused on motivation, creativity, long-term goals, all the things. It’s focused on getting through the day. So even simple tasks can feel heavy. You may want to do things, but your energy feels stuck or drained.
It’s not ecause you don’t care. It’s because your mind and body are tired of being on high alert for too long.
