Here is all you need to do:

1. Text me (832-465-6603) the day before you would like to join a class.

Mondays:
9:30am Strength & Mobility (arms/back)
10:30am Slow Flow Yoga

Tuesdays:
5:30pm Yoga

Wednesdays:
9:30am Strength & Mobility (core/pelvic floor)
10:30am Yin/Restorative Yoga

Fridays:
9:30am Strength & Mobility (legs)
10:30am Yoga Sculpt

2. If you have your own mat and props, you can bring them. However, I do have extra mats, blocks, bolsters, and straps. All you really need is YOU!

Our annual Owl Christmas Party was wonderful and fun! This community of women is supportive, caring, and amazing! They each have talents that bring something to the group at every gathering. They jump in when someone is sick or in need of something. And overall all just a delight to be around. I am beyond blessed to be a part of their lives. My heart is full ❤️
