Yesterday, I had the honor of serving as a panelist at this Black Mental Health Symposium where we discussed the importance of awareness, advocacy, and community support in addressing mental health challenges.
As someone committed to su***de prevention and mental health advocacy, it was powerful to share space with other professionals and community leaders who are dedicated to breaking stigma and creating pathways to healing. Conversations like these matter because mental health is not just an individual issue—it’s a community responsibility.
I am grateful for the organizers for creating a platform where voices, experiences, and solutions can come together to inspire change. We will cont;nue the work, cont;nue the conversations, and cont;nue the fight for hope.
