We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Desk / Scheduler to be the face of our clinic. This individual will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, managing appointment schedules efficiently, and ensuring a seamless experience for patients from check-in to check-out.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Greet and check-in patients with a warm, professional demeanor
Answer multi-line phones and respond to inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments accurately
Utilize Patient Communication platform
Verify patient information and insurance eligibility prior to appointments
Collect co-pays and manage daily reconciliation of payments
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Communicate effectively with medical and aesthetic staff to coordinate schedules
Assist with administrative tasks as needed

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
Previous experience in a medical office setting preferred (dermatology/aesthetics a plus)
Proficient with scheduling software and electronic medical records (EMR)

Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Friendly, compassionate, and professional demeanor
High school diploma or equivalent required

Claire Cox, APRN, is a nurse practitioner with a passion for skin health and patient care. Originally from Joplin, Missouri, she moved to Northwest Arkansas, where she pursued her higher education at the University of Arkansas and earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree. After several years of working as a registered nurse alongside Dr. Blake Williams, Claire decided to expand her role in patient care and furthered her education at the University of Cincinnati, earning a Master of Science in Nursing.

Claire is deeply committed to providing compassionate and comprehensive dermatological care. Her passion stems from a desire to make a lasting impact on her patients' skin health. Whether helping individuals manage acne, treating chronic conditions like psoriasis, or conducting skin cancer screenings, Claire takes great joy in seeing real, visible improvements in both her patients’ skin and their confidence.

Her approach is patient-centered, ensuring that each individual feels informed, at ease, and confident in their skin. Claire takes pride in listening to her patients, educating them about their skin health, and partnering with them every step of the way on their skincare journey.

Outside of work, Claire is a dedicated fan of the Arkansas Razorbacks and the Green Bay Packers. She enjoys spending quality time with family and friends and is the youngest of four siblings, who are some of her closest companions. Claire shares a special bond with her golden retriever and loves exploring new trails and places around Northwest Arkansas.
