We’re excited to share that the boys finished the regular season 10-2 and ranked #2 in the league!

Tonight, they won their semifinal game in the league tournament and are headed to the CHAMPIONSHIP GAME Monday night! 🏆

Yesterday we asked how much the average human head weighs…

Here’s why that matters.

Your body adapts to the positions and stress patterns you live in most.

Phones.
Desk work.
Driving.
Looking down constantly.
Standing unevenly.
Poor movement habits.

Over time, the body compensates.

And eventually those patterns can start showing up as:
• headaches
• neck tension
• shoulder tightness
• numbness/tingling
• fatigue
• poor posture
• reduced mobility

The important thing to understand:

👉 This is NOT just about “standing up straight.”

These patterns become adapted into the body over time.

That’s why simply reminding yourself to “fix your posture” usually doesn’t last.
