Through meditation, readings, and community sharing, we explore the Buddha’s teachings — including the Four Noble Truths and the Eightfold Path — as tools for understanding ourselves, our suffering, and the path toward freedom.

Our peer-led meetings offer guided meditation, discussion, and a supportive space to walk the recovery journey together.
