Glow Syracuse Yoga Studio was established with the belief that yoga should be accessible and welcoming to everyone in our Syracuse & Central NY community. Ours is an inclusive environment for all students, whether new to yoga or seasoned practitioners. We offer a wide selection of private yoga classes and services. A little Monday morning Glow update! Here’s what’s happening around the studio:

• Our cancellation policy is officially in effect. Please remove yourself from class at least 2 hours before start time to avoid losing a class or being charged.

• Memorial Day Yoga with Jen is happening Monday, May 25 at 9am. The juice bar will be open from 8:30-10:30am ☀️

• Our Baron Baptiste Master Class on May 30 is officially full! If you’d like to join the waitlist, email Jen.

• The Student & Teacher Summer Special is now open for sign ups. Unlimited yoga all summer long for $279 🌿 Current members wanting to switch over must enroll before June 1. Nonmembers can still purchase after June 1. Valid student or teacher ID required. Sign up at the juice bar.

• Starting May 29 through September 4, our Friday morning schedule is changing: 5:45am class is canceled, 7:30am Power Flow moves to 7am, Jeanne will be leading this 1 hour class.

Our very first Glow Yoga 200HR Teacher Training has officially come to an end. Weeks of learning, growth, and guidance with Jen, Tami, Arianna, and Jamie led up to a meaningful graduation weekend celebrating our trainees. We are so proud of each yogi who committed to this experience and showed up along the way. This is just the beginning, and we’re already looking forward to doing it again.

🚨 Important studio update as we roll out our new cancellation policy starting May 1 🚨

Please cancel your class at least 2 hours in advance if you can’t make it. Beginning May 1, late cancels or no-shows will result in a $10 fee for members. If you have an 8-class pass, a class will be deducted, and drop-ins are nonrefundable. This allows us to keep spots open for those who show up to practice 🧘🏼‍♀️🤍
