Good morning.

A simple reminder that fiber matters — and sometimes the easiest way to get it in is by adding it to something you’re already doing.

Dr. King-Mullins has been adding Just Better fiber to her coffee as part of her morning routine, and it’s a simple way to support:

Regular Bowel Movements
Gut Health
Colon Health
Daily Digestive Support

A small habit can make a meaningful difference over time.

And yes… keeping your “tushy regular” counts too. 😄

We’re going LIVE in 1 hour. 👀

Tonight on The Love Below, I’m joined by Dr. Kara Pepper for a real conversation about women’s health, gut health, body changes, and the things too many women ignore until their body forces them to pay attention.

We’re getting into the stuff that doesn’t always get talked about enough:
how stress, eating behaviors, gut symptoms, and body image can all be connected… and why listening to your body matters.

If this sounds like a conversation you or somebody you know needs, come join us.

Me on Fast Friday trying to figure out how to earn that last star in a 5-star review 😂

Starbucks gift card? Roses? Massage? New pajamas?

All jokes aside, I’m grateful for every patient who trusts me with their care and takes the time to leave kind words. That always means more than anything else.

Tomorrow’s Love Below conversation is one Dr. Erin King-Mullins is especially looking forward to.

She’ll be joined by Dr. Kara Pepper for a real conversation about women’s health, gut health, body changes, and the kinds of issues women often ignore, minimize, or push through until they start affecting everyday life.

This will be a thoughtful, honest, and very relevant discussion for women who want to better understand what their bodies may be trying to say.

Top 3 things Google won’t tell you about a**l fissures, hemorrhoids, skin tags, and all the other “back there” issues women keep Googling 👀

1. Not everything is a hemorrhoid.
2. You do not have to just live with it.
3. There may actually be a solution.

If something feels off, looks different, hurts, itches, makes hygiene harder, or has been bothering your confidence for a while now… it may be time to stop guessing.

A private virtual consult can help you figure out what’s really going on and whether you’re a candidate for treatment.

Happy Monday! ☺️

It’s T***y Touch Up day, and I got the best kind of motivation this morning — one of my recent patients sent her final after photos and said:

“I got exactly what I asked for.”

Ladies, this is why I do this. 🙌

No more being told certain changes are just something you have to accept because you had children or because “that’s just what happens.”

If something is affecting your comfort, your confidence, or just how you feel in your body, you are allowed to address it.

Do what you want for you. 💙

When a patient says, “Dr. King-Mullins absolutely changed my life,” that is something we never take lightly.

Diverticulitis can affect daily life in a major way — from painful bowel movements to a very limited diet and constant discomfort after eating.

Helping patients get relief, restore function, and enjoy life again is exactly why this work matters.

We are grateful to care for patients throughout the Atlanta metro area and across Georgia who trust Dr. King-Mullins with their colorectal health.🩺💙

Our doctor really got on here and tried BOTH the viral potato trend and the tinned fish gut health combo in one sitting AND on Fast Friday! 😂

Shoutout to TikTok Foodie Sensation, CourtneyCook, and Dr. Aja McCutchen for the inspiration.

And yes… she said Courtney Cox in the video. We have chosen grace as a team 😩

Dr. King-Mullins survived, the desk survived, and honestly that feels like enough. 😂💙

Honoring Mel Schilling of Married at First Sight, and raising awareness about colorectal cancer.

Colon cancer is often called a silent disease because symptoms may not appear until the condition has advanced.

Screening allows physicians to identify and remove precancerous polyps before cancer develops.

This makes colorectal cancer one of the most preventable cancers when detected early.

If you are age 45 or older, or have a family history of colorectal cancer, talk with your physician about screening options.

Early detection saves lives.

Sunday family outing to one of our favorite local spots 💚 Arden's Garden

I love supporting woman-owned businesses that are helping our community prioritize nutrition, gut health, and overall wellness.

Fresh juices, smoothies, and plant-based options the whole family enjoys.

Healthy choices can start small — and still make a big difference.
