Here we grow again!!! Please Welcome Ms. Eboni Monroe

Hello! My name is Eboni Monroe, and I have been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since 2021. My journey into the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) began in 2016 after my own son was diagnosed with autism. That deeply personal experience sparked a passion in me to understand behavior on a deeper level and support other families navigating similar paths.

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings—including clinics, public schools, and in-home environments—supporting individuals from 18 months to 45 years old. I began my career as a behavior technician and have since grown through the roles of RBT, student analyst, BCaBA, and now BCBA. Each step has shaped my perspective and strengthened my commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care.

I find immense joy in watching clients make meaningful progress, empowering families with tools and knowledge, and mentoring behavior technicians and RBTs as they grow in the field. Collaboration and connection are at the heart of everything I do.

Outside of work, I’m a proud mom to three amazing boys (ages 12, 10, and 3), and we love exploring museums, enjoying local attractions, traveling, and sharing quiet moments with a good book.

I’m grateful for the opportunity to walk alongside families on their journey and to continue growing both personally and professionally in this meaningful work.
