Have had request for healthy nutrient filled meal ideas. Sooo...I will be posting healthy fitness cooking on this page, Pure Supps Inc page.
So, what meal would you like to see prepared?
Protein pancakes/Omellette/fruit?
Chicken parm with low carbs noodles and non-preservative sauce?
Stir Fry with steamed rice?
Protein pudding?
Fruit cottage cheese 'lite ice cream?
Strip steak salad with toppings and dressing?
Shrimp or salmon cheese/egg patties with organic hashbrowns?
High protein/healthy fat Cheese cake with fruit topping?
Low carb pizza?
Protein muffins?
Protein ice cream?
Give me some ideas. I'll figure out 'how to' for you and share my results so you can eat healthy delicious food daily.
