I am a certified Life Coach in both spiritual modalities and NLP. I have 3 years of spiritual group session experience working closely with a holistic center in Mexico. While learning the traditional therapies offered only in Mexico, I have acquired a new outlook on what healing looks and feels like. I have seen others as well as myself go through moments of emotional crisis in the past and have successfully helped others establish their own form of control over their lives and confidence. It's hard to see the way out when you are the one buried under layers of emotional pain and its understandable how we get stuck because we were never given the tools to become unstuck. I am a mom of two kids and through trial and error I have discovered what works and what doesn’t work. I have been there and watched as my body deteriorated, the light from eyes dimming, anxiety riddled, depressed for not living the life that I wanted to live, always giving my best to my family so that they can be happy while leaving myself behind. I have been both a mom who works and does it all, to a mom who is stay at home. Both I find equally stressful but with big differences. I understand what it is like to feel completely alone and never ask for help. I understand what its like to feel like you are living in a dream and you are not in real life. I know what its like to be disappointed by your current life because you never became the person you wanted to become or had the chance to find out who you really are inside. Amalendu deva es danzante contemporáneo, practicante de improvisación de contacto y guía de movimiento a través de la anatomía vivencial.
En su exploración del cuerpo como medio de acceso a distintos estados de consciencia y procesos de transformación, su practica ha sido nutrida por artes marciales chinas e indias, por la convivencia con el folklor de su país y por aproximaciones sensibles al encuentro del Ser a través de la danza, como el movimiento auténtico y la danza contemplativa.
Actualmente también ofrece clases de yoga, masajes y terapias psicocorporales (.deva).

In Navajo culture, laughter is seen as a powerful symbol of connection. The moment a baby laughs for the first time, it is believed they are choosing to join the human community. Until then, the baby is viewed as still being in transition between the spiritual and physical worlds.
This tradition, known as the A’wee Chi’deedloh ceremony, is typically observed around three months of age. Family members pay close attention during this period, eager to be the one who makes the child laugh. Whoever succeeds earns the honor of hosting the celebration, often preparing a meal of salted food and gifts to mark the occasion.
The ceremony not only celebrates the baby’s first expression of joy, but also emphasizes generosity and community. Salt is symbolically offered to guests to encourage the child to grow up to be generous and kind. It’s one of the earliest social teachings given to a Navajo child—using joy as a path toward belonging and humanity.
