Offering Individual Counseling and Business Consultations Humans are capable of immense strength and growth. Different brains are not stigmatized in my office.
Often life can place limitations or obstacles in the way of achieving our goals. With the right support, one can overcome these opportunities, and what was an obstacle can become an opportunity for growth. As a gatherer of knowledge, researcher, and growth seeker myself, I find extreme joy in helping others attain a desire to grow into the best version of themselves. I utilize a neurodiversity-affirming approach in all my therapy. They are embraced. I help many individuals see how their unique brains see things through a different lens, not a broken one. I have specialized training in autism, ADHD, neurodiversity, substance use, addiction, trauma, and various other topics. As a multi-business owner and a consultant, I also work with individuals on many topics related to employment, business ownership, and workplace diversity. My clients come from a variety of backgrounds. Many are seeking guidance through suspected diagnoses; others are seeking clarity of diagnosis already given. Many of these individuals are battling past traumas and negative coping mechanisms they have developed along the way. Each one shares a common goal of a desire to grow and understand themselves better.

We currently have several pro bono spots available for counseling with Brandon. He will be with us until December.
Here's a little bit about Brandon himself: "I'm a student in the Master’s of Rehabilitation Counseling program at the University of Arkansas. In addition to my work with adults, families, and couples, I provide counseling from 11 and up to address a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, identity formation, and self-regulation. With humor and positive regard, I aim to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment to explore awareness and growth. Being neurodivergent myself, I love working with individuals who are neurodivergent and/or have other disabilities.
In my free time, you can find me hiking and camping throughout the Ozarks, reading too many books at the same time, or cracking another bad joke."

Kitchens Counseling Services, PLLC was founded in 2011. My name is Jessica Kitchens and I am an individual practitioner located on C**t Square in Fayetteville, with a secondary office in Bentonville. I love working with people of all ages and backgrounds.
I utilize a person-centered approach with each and every client. Each person battles through different opportunities in life. Some of these can often be very difficult to overcome individually. With assistance one can overcome these opportunities and what was an obstacle can become an opportunity for growth. It is my sincere hope that I can assist you in working through life's challenges.
My specialties include play therapy, substance use/addiction, and autism.
As a Certified Autism Specialist (CAS) I utilize sensory enrichment therapy, social skills training, and play based interventions with children with autism. I also work with adolescents and adults on the spectrum with relationships, coping skills, social skills, anxiety, and mood issues. Newly diagnosed or have a child recently diagnosed? I can help with the adjustment and discuss the positive aspects that a diagnosis of autism often can bring.
As a Licensed Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselor (LADAC) and Master Addiction Counselor (MAC) my approach in working with substance use issues goes beyond the typical approach and works to identify the root and culture behind the family system and create a solution based on each individuals unique needs.
I am also a Registered Play Therapist (RPT) and Certified as a Sensory Enrichment Therapist through Mendability.
