Kara Iribarren Health Coaching Integrative women's health coach, Doctor of physical therapy specializing in pelvic therapy I am a holistic practitioner specializing in women's health.

I believe ALL WOMEN are capable and worthy of living their best life. Health is so much more than doctor visits and lab values. You are in control of your health and can craft it to look however you want. As a health coach I help you see what is possible and support you every step of the way as you create the life that you want. My health coach training comes from the Integrative Women's Health Institute; the only women's health coach program that is certified by the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching. I also have a Doctorate in Physical Therapy specializing in pelvic therapy and women's health. I have other training in dry needling, central nervous system down regulation, trauma informed care, hormone balance and functional nutrition. Along with my education I have personal experience struggling with hormone imbalance after the birth of 3 children. I have worked hard to create balance in my own life to achieve optimal health and now I am thrilled to support other women on their path. This page is ever evolving.
