Sunflowers Wellness Therapeutic Services is offering an Anxiety & Depression Skills Group for Teens designed to support emotional wellness and skill-building in a structured, therapeutic setting.

This group focuses on:
• Coping skills development
• Emotional regulation
• Confidence building
• Peer support in a safe environment

🗓 Schedule:
Tuesdays | 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Saturdays | 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM

📍 Location:
5330 Raeford Road
Fayetteville, NC

Participation may be appropriate for teens experiencing symptoms of anxiety or depression. Services are provided by qualified clinicians.
