Going on 5 years and 8 events, and somehow this event topped them all.

Since leaving my full time job and taking the leap to start my own business in 2021, I’ve submerged myself in business coaching and mentorship. Fast forward, I can say without any doubt that I’ve become a better person, wife, mom, boss, and leader because of it.

It’s truly been the best investment in myself and a huge part of what’s helped catapult SOMA to where it is today.

We are still growing, I am still learning, and I can’t wait for what’s ahead 🫶

For anyone who’s been a part of this journey with me- thank you. I am so grateful for your support 🙏

Trust us when we say, your body needs this 💫🕯️

Join yoga instructor, Paige Cuddihy, for an anatomy-based vinyasa flow candlelight class on Wednesday, 3/18, at 6pm 🧘‍♀️

We received great feedback from our last candlelight class and are so excited to be able to offer another one! 🙏

During this class, you will experience moments to go inward, as well as moments to challenge the body and mind. Paige will guide you on how to use your breath to regulate your nervous system, and you’ll leave with the tools to help find that same regulation off the mat 🤝

The dim lighting and tranquil atmosphere encourages relaxation and mindfulness, making it the perfect way to de-stress from a long day. You will leave feeling reset, calm, and grateful for the opportunity to be present with your body 🫶

Join us for a two-part Labor & Birth Prep Series on September 16 and 30th. This series will be led by pelvic floor specialist, Dr. Sydney Folk, PT, DPT, ATC, OCS. The series will focus on preparing for birth through early postpartum recovery 🤍👶

✨Topics will include:
- Stages of labor and how baby’s position impacts labor progress
- Exercises to prepare for birth
- Opening the various levels of the pelvis
- Partner comfort measures during labor
- Pushing techniques
- Early postpartum recovery

Build your confidence in understanding the process of labor, and walk away with exercises that can support you during your late postpartum and labor from a movement specialist 🤝

Each session will also feature a Q&A 🙋‍♀️
