MISSION: Families & caregivers of children enrolled in the N.C. Infant-Toddler Program will be equipped to help their children reach their maximum potential.

Hello, and welcome to Small Talk Solutions, LLC (STS) an Early Intervention Company! My name is Tracy Gilchrist, and I’m honored to serve as founder/owner of STS. I have 5 years of experience working with children with developmental delays in the areas of: Cognitive, Communication (receptive, expressive), Physical (gross, fine), Social/Emotional and Adaptive Skills. I’ve obtained a Bachelors of Science in Family & Consumer Sciences/Multidisciplinary in 2014, Master of Arts in Speech Pathology & Audiology in 2018 from South Carolina State University in Orangeburg, SC. As an independent contractor, STS provides CBRS to children ages birth-three with developmental delays in regions: CDSA of Cape Fear: Cumberland, Robeson, Bladen, Sampson, & Columbus Counties. STS provides supportive services to children in their natural environment (home, daycare, parks, library, etc). STS respect the diversity of families and use evidence-based practice.
