NEWEST COURT DATE UPDATE Fayetteville, AR – update as of November 11, 2025.

The trial date has been moved again – this time to December 3, 2025. At this point we are confident that this should be the final move but that is in the hands of the court. We will update accordingly if it’s moved again.

Thank you to each and everyone one of you that have supported us in this matter! We are grateful beyond words!

PS: If you haven't been by lately, we have been blessed to have on display a beautiful World War II flag honoring Mr. Chester Harland of Prescott, Arkansas for his service and sacrifice to our country. It is a power piece of history that reminds us all that freedom is never free.
