We are back everyone! With that being said there are a few guidelines and some information that we need go over.

No walk-ins, please. We are so excited to see you, but we have to limit the number of people in the building at any one time. So, please call us at 479-521-0066 to make an appointment, discuss your insurance question, etc.

Per the Dept. of Health guidelines for dental offices, everyone in the building must wear a mask. We request that you bring your own mask, if possible, to help us keep PPE costs a little lower.

We’ll be screening you by phone for Covid-19 symptoms when we call you to confirm your appointment. If you develop symptoms after you confirm, please call us to reschedule your appointment and do not come in.

When you arrive at the clinic, we ask that you remain in your vehicle and call us to let us know you’ve arrived. We’ll let you know when we’re ready to seat you, and we’ll take your temp. when you come in.

At this time, only patients with appointments can come into the building. If you have a minor child, one parent or caregiver may accompany your kiddo. Similarly, if an elderly patient needs assistance, one caregiver may come inside with that patient.

Whew! That’s a lot. We are so grateful for each and every patient of ours and appreciate your patience as we adapt to our new “normal,” at least for the time being. Please be assured that we have always prioritized the health and safety of our patients and staff and will continue to do so. Here we go!

Earlier this week Bell Dental limited patient care to emergency treatment only. This is in an effort to contain the coronavirus. We will be contacting patients with upcoming appointments to reschedule. We pray that you will all stay healthy and look forward to caring for all your dental needs again soon!
