Have trouble remembering the last time you had a physical?🤔
We all know it - an annual physical is so important! But it’s not just about getting screened for cancer, diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol, mental health conditions and more, it’s about building a relationship with someone who truly cares about you, someone who wants to help you decide what tests might be needed for YOU. And then if you do need treatment for something, they can help you navigate all the options available and to decide what will work best for YOU - treatments you understand, that are in line with your values and that you’re comfortable with will always work better than something you might find online. Try it out, call your primary care provider - so much better to spend an hour there instead of days in the hospital when an emergency happens.
