Arkansas Oral and Facial Surgery Center was founded in 1993. It was founded by Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons that had a goal that remains today. “ Provide World Class and High Level Services to all of Our Patients”. This relentless commitment is at the forefront of our doctors and staff. We are committed to providing the latest world class technologies, facilities, and procedures that help our patients get the care that they deserve.
Our Surgeons are all Board Certified and all new surgeons are required to be Board Eligible and are required to become certified within the first 2-3 years. Our facilities are all AAAHC certified, which is a certification that assures the public that we meet the rigorous standards of providing our patients with the safest facilities and techniques. AAAHC assures that our facilities and staff all undergo peer review and quality review and quality assessments on a regular basis.
All of the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons have gone through General Anesthesia training during their residencies and have a General Anesthesia Permit issued by the State. Additionally, we have a full time physician anesthesiologist on our staff that is also board Certified. We take anesthesia safety very seriously and require all of our staff to be ACLS and PALS trained. Additionally, we have staff certified Registered Nurses monitoring your family members during their surgery and in the recovery before they are discharged to go home.
