Sarah Thelen, MD is a Board Certified Family Medicine physician who provides care for newborn infants up to elderly patients. She has provided excellent and compassionate medical care to the people of this community since she moved to the area in fall of 2010. Dr Thelen provides care in her office as well as at the local hospital for her patients when they require inpatient care. She additionally provides care for patients at the local nursing home and skilled nursing facilities. Dr Thelen strives for excellence in all that she does and in all the care provided by all of her staff. Dr Thelen intentionally leaves slots open in her schedule each day for urgent/same-day appointments so please call our office promptly if a problem arises that you feel warrants an office visit so that if appropriate we can accommodate you.
