➡️ To avoid accidentally connecting to the wrong device in-studio, it’s best to update Your Heart Rate Monitor at home!

➡️ Here’s how to do it:
📲 Turn on your Bluetooth first
📲 Next, Open your Orangetheory Mobile App
🧡 Turn on your HRM
⚙️ Tap Settings (top right corner).
🔎 Under “Devices,” select your HRM
➡️ Tap Update Firmware (if available)
✅ Tap OK Update

It takes about 5 minutes - and then you’re good to go for class!

Tomorrow’s workout will be the infamous “ Chipper“ workout. Read below to understand what is a Chipper !!

A "Chipper” is a type of workout where you perform a series of exercises, completing all the repetitions for one exercise before moving on to the next. It's usually a longer and more endurance-focused workout. The term comes from the idea of "chipping away" at the high volume of reps for each exercise until the workout is complete.
